A year ago I borrowed a 600 mm lens from my dad to photograph birds. I was out until after dark and when I looked up to the sky I wondered if it was possible to photograph the planets. I set up a tripod and I took a blurry picture of Jupiter. It sparked my curiosity to get a clearer picture so I asked my dad for a bigger lens. He didn't have one but had a 2X extender for the lens I was using. I took another set of pictures and they were slightly better than the last. I kept altering my equipment and eventually moved on to constellations. From constellations I moved to galaxies. From galaxies I moved on to the faintest nebulae that aren't visible to the human eye.
In this exhibition you will see my works from the bold and beautiful andromeda galaxy to the milky way sprawled over summer landscapes and the shimmering remains of stars long past.
