Explore the flavors and aromas of brewed coffee from various regions while learning about bean origin, the roasting process and various brewing methods. Enjoy your perfect cup of joe with a classic Christmas morning coffee partner......the New Orleans Beignet.  Have fun pairing your joe with other Christmas treats like the snickerdoodle, bourbon balls and gingerbread.

This relaxed Saturday late morning get together will include

• Participation in yeast dough making
• Tasting of various coffees from different regions
• demonstration of the brewing methods
