About the event
The Local Church is so excited to welcome back Spencer LaJoye (they/them) with a full band for an evening of stories and songs that will delight, uplift, give you all the feels, and help you feel a little more human.
Spencer LaJoye is a singer/songwriter from the Midwest making queer indie folk music for everyone. The 2021 Kerrville Songwriting Competition and 2024 Songwriter Serenade winner spins crystalline vocals through a loop pedal while strumming an acoustic guitar in charming, banter-heavy performances that keep audiences laughing one moment and weeping the next.
Adult tickets are $15, and kids' tickets are free. There's also a pay-what-you-can option because we don't want the cost to be a burden to experience this incredible night.
