About the event
The Claptones - playing the blues-rock of BB, Albert, and Freddie King, Eric Clapton, Cream, Derek and the Dominos, Allman Brothers, ZZ Top, and many others.
As one of the Triangle area's best blues rock bands since the late 80s, the Durham-based Claptones have rocked North Carolina venues many times to enthusiastic audiences!
Al Dawson - vocals, guitar
played with Weeds, US Welfare Band, Windfall; now with The BilliTones.
Brian Lewis - vocals, bass
played with the Instruments of Justice, the Durham Ukulele Orchestra, Too Many Cases, the Solutions Band, and Foxes & Fossils
