Join Melissa and Jaime from Mystic Garden Grove at Pittsboro Yoga as we gather to celebrate Lughnasadh (LOO-nah-sah), the first harvest festival of the Wheel of the Year.
Observed midway between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox, Lughnasadh honors the abundance of the Earth and invites us to reflect on the seeds we have planted and the blessings we are beginning to harvest in our own lives.
Together we will explore the history and symbolism of this ancient Celtic Sabbat through ritual, reflection, seasonal crafting and community connection. This gathering is open to practitioners of all experience levels as well as those who are simply curious about earth-based spirituality and seasonal living.
