Taste your way through a selection of BELOVD’s small-batch dark chocolate bars, exploring the flavors, aromas, and textures that make each one distinctive. Along the way, founder Priya Patil will share the personal story behind BELOVD, how her daughter’s food allergies shaped the way she thought about ingredients, and how that first homemade chocolate evolved into the brand it is today.
Drawing on more than 20 years in international public health, Priya brings that background to the way she approaches chocolate: looking closely at ingredients, asking why each one is there, and considering what each contributes to the finished bar.
