Piedmont Fibershed Ribbon Cutting

We're excited to welcome Piedmont Fibershed to The Plant! Join us for a ribbon cutting and celebrate their new space!

Imagine a world where the clothes we wear are as local as the food we eat—grown, dyed, and crafted right here in North Carolina. That’s the vision behind Piedmont Fibershed. They’re weaving together farmers, artisans, and makers to build a regional textile system rooted in local fibers, natural dyes, and skilled local labor. By reconnecting people to the land through the fabrics they wear, they're creating a future where textiles support our environment, our economy, and our community—one thread at a time.
