In a world that so often asks us to move through grief, uncertainty, and change on our own, we offer a sacred pause—a place to gather, breathe, and remember the strength of being held in community. We were never meant to carry it all alone, and when we tend to our own hearts, we also tend to the heart of our community.
On the evening before the 11th Annual Death Faire, heart2heartnc invites you to tend to your own heart—to love fully, grieve deeply, and give and receive comfort within the embrace of community.
Through music, meditation, gentle movement, healing touch, and guided breathwork, facilitator Cathy Brooksie Edwards will guide us to turn inward, listen deeply, and draw upon the wisdom and resilience that live within us. Together, we’ll honor what we’ve carried, cherish what sustains us, and discover the quiet strength that arises when we come together…
