The True Cost of Power: Duke Energy's Climate Deception outlines how, for decades, Duke Energy's executives have systematically misled the public about the dangers of its fossil fuel use while also positioning itself as a clean energy leader and harming our local communities. The short documentary features voices from prominent scientists, journalists and community leaders, and will introduce NC WARN's Stop Climate Deception campaign, which calls on Governor Josh Stein to finally get our state on the right side of the climate emergency.
