Vendors will be placed in a 10x10 space. Please, stay within your allotted space, and be respectful of the other vendors and businesses at The Plant. Please do not block business entrances or place your booth in a way that makes it hard to see or get to a business.
Vendors may not sell hemp, candles or alcoholic beverages.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs. Please be sure to secure your items. The Plant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken belongings. ALL TENTS MUST BE ANCHORED DOWN WITH SANDBAGS OR STAKES.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving. Please, no small bits of paper or glitter are to be used during any pop up markets at The Plant. There is a large green dumpster on your way out where you can place your bagged trash. Please do not dump large items in the dumpster.
Electricity is available at no cost. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cord (at least 25 ft).
All vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event that a market is canceled for a reason outside of The Plant’s control, vendors can request a refund of 75% of their fee, or pop up at the rescheduled event.
Food trucks must bring their own generator. Water hook ups are unavailable.
Vendors are responsible to charge and pay sales tax as required by law. Please check the Secretary of State's website for current tax information for our area.
