Framed Crimson by Giselle Nera

Inspired by my own grief process, Framed Crimson explores the interconnectivity of love and loss. It displays the duality of almost picture perfect memories alongside the raw, intense, and sometimes messy emotions experienced throughout the process of grieving. The layout of each side of the piece is faintly reminiscent of film strips to signify the sometimes repetitive, sometimes cinematic process of remembering.
