The piece is part of a larger exhibit that portrays my experience as a caregiver for my father with Alzheimers. The Luna Moth represents hibernation & the transformation period my father passed into as well as my transformational growth. The moments of memory represent my father swimming through life. Flowers representing his memory or loss of it. The coins represent his love of playing poker till the day he passed.
